Lindsey Carl and Brandon Byrd tied the knot in Lot H at Lincoln Financial Field on Monday evening. The wedding took place just before the Philadelphia Eagles played in Monday Night Football. The event was sponsored by Garage Beer, which covered the full cost of the ceremony.

The couple, who currently reside in Chicago, are avid Eagles supporters. They watch games in person at two local bars and participate in a fan group. They discovered the opportunity through an Instagram advertisement for a giveaway. To enter, they had to submit a 90-second video explaining their love for the team. Byrd said the video focused on their new surname. He noted that they would drink Garage Beer for the rest of their lives.

TrueFan Travel CEO Vince Rizzuto coordinated the event. He said the company had a relationship with the Philly Pops, a local musical group. The Pops wanted to perform at a tailgate. Rizzuto combined that interest with the beer sponsor to create the wedding. The couple learned they had won the sponsorship approximately two and a half weeks before the event. They then prepared for the ceremony in the tailgate area.

On the day of the wedding, Carl wore a white dress and Eagles-themed cowgirl boots. Byrd wore a green suit, Eagles socks, and a feather pinned to his jacket. Carl walked down a green aisle with her father. Jason Kelce and Beau Allen, both former Eagles players, handed out beers to guests as they moved through the crowd. Shane Victorino, a former Philadelphia Phillies player, officiated the ceremony.

The Philly Pops played music before, during, and after the vows. Family and friends of the couple attended the event. The ceremony concluded ahead of the start of the football game.
