The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a public appeal to locate ten missing juveniles. The Northwest Detective Division compiled the list on October 27 to seek resident assistance in identifying the young people. The missing individuals range in age from 13 to 16 years old.

The police department provided specific names and ages for five of the youths. Eliya Williams is 15 years old. Jalayshia Alford, known as Malayshia, and Keziah Lowery were last seen at unspecified times. Salima Rivers and Jaharah Major are also on the list. Major is 14 years old and was last seen on Thursday, October 22.

Three additional juveniles were named in the release. Maasai K. Rowe is 13 years old. Keilei Lang is also 13 and was last seen on October 23. Tyraji Fullard is 15 years old and was last seen on Friday, October 23. The police department did not specify the exact locations where these three were last observed.

Anthony Rodriguez, 16, was the final juvenile listed. The department noted his physical description as 5 feet 8 inches tall. The release stated he weighs approximately 150 pounds, though the source text cut off before confirming the exact weight figure. Police asked the public to contact them if they have information regarding any of the ten youths.

The Northwest Detective Division is also investigating a separate gun point robbery. The department stated it is attempting to identify the individuals responsible for that specific incident. This investigation runs parallel to the missing persons appeals. Police have not confirmed a link between the robbery and the missing juveniles.
