Shawna Gramkow faces a new legal charge in Massachusetts.

The 34-year-old from Sanford, Florida, was issued a summons for unlawful wiretapping last week. Records from Hingham District Court show the charge stems from a video she posted online earlier this year.

Christopher Clancy, father of Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband, reported the incident to Scituate police on September 4. That date coincided with a judge declaring a mistrial in the high-profile criminal case. Clancy told officers that a video from the Instagram account saltylunatics captured him on a phone call.

The video featured a woman explaining that a recording of a call to Patrick Clancy had been shared with her. The caller, identified by Clancy's lawyer during the trial, was a number that Christopher Clancy accidentally answered while driving in Scituate around August 6. Clancy stated he did not consent to being recorded. He recognized his own voice mumbling comments about his eldest son in the audio.

Massachusetts law requires all parties to consent before a conversation can be recorded. Investigators reviewed the footage and confirmed the Instagram account belongs to Gramkow. They also verified that she was the speaker in the clip. This evidence led to the filing of the summons.

Gramkow is scheduled for an arraignment hearing on November 20. The court docket does not list an attorney for her. On Thursday, Gramkow posted a video to the same Instagram account, which frequently covers the Clancy trial. In that clip, she stated, "The allegations are false. And easy to prove."
