The second season of Celebrity Traitors on the BBC is approaching its conclusion with the cast stuck in a strategic impasse. The most recent episode ended with a voting tie, forcing a second ballot to determine whether actress Sharon Rooney or comedian Joanne McNally would be banished from the castle. This deadlock occurs just before the finale, leaving the Faithfuls without a clear direction against the three hidden Traitors.

During the roundtable discussion, Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock proposed a specific line of inquiry. She suggested the group look closely at who might have been recruited after the banishment of Hannah. Pinnock asked if the Traitors needed a replacement who could fill a specific role, such as a leader or someone who remains under the radar.

James Blunt agreed with Pinnock's line of reasoning. He asked the group to consider if any player's character or temperament had changed since that point in the game. Pinnock expanded on the idea, noting that the Traitors might prefer a recruit who knows the game well and has avoided suspicion up to this point.

When Traitor James Acaster asked Pinnock for her specific suspicions, she offered a dual theory. She suggested the replacement could be someone who leads the table and exerts influence, or conversely, someone who stays low to the ground to avoid detection. Her comment about a player with no suspicions appeared to point toward those who had been deemed most trustworthy in recent missions.

Despite these points, the other Faithfuls shifted the conversation to other players. Sebastian Croft asked Michael Sheen why he had not been targeted for recruitment or murder. Sheen had previously been questioned by other players about minor actions, such as teaching Miranda Hart a dance, which led to some early suspicions about Pinnock.

Pinnock has faced scrutiny throughout the season, including being called out by Joanne McNally for applying makeup late at night and being suspected by Ross Kemp of a murder in plain sight. She posted a video to TikTok following the episode, with on-screen text stating she realized she is a strong Faithful but everyone thinks she is a Traitor. Her caption read, 'So underestimated it hurts.'

Fans responded quickly on social media. One user named Maggie Mae wrote that Pinnock was clocking everyone at the table but nobody listened. Another user, Carolina, described the sensation of screaming to leave Pinnock alone. Riley declared Pinnock the best Faithful in the castle, while Xanniderryx stated she is putting out the best theories.

The show returns on Thursday at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. The finale will determine which side secures the prize money, with the three Traitors currently holding a strategic advantage if their identity remains hidden.
